56/06 MINUTES were taken by the Clerk

57/06 The Risk Assessment was reviewed. Eileen Male to continue to be keeper of back-up CD of Parish records. Clerk confirmed that references for the new clerk conforms to Risk Assessment Policy requirements. Clerk expressed concern as to legal responsibility for paving stones at memorial, this to be on next agenda.

58/06 The Parish Council discussed the Statement of Assurance and approved it unanimously.

59/06 Audit has been prepared and signed by Mr Edworthy. Clerk explained the audit forms to be submitted. The accounts were approved unanimously by the Parish Council. Chairman then thanked the Clerk for her work in preparing the accounts and David Edworthy for auditing them for a nominal fee.
